Get certified to create ads brands actually pay for.
Creator Army Certified Bootcamp trains the whole performance-creative skill — hooks, AI research and production, real-world shooting, editing, sales psychology and reading creative data — then scores the work you submit. Certification is how Creator Army identifies the creators it can put in front of paid brand briefs.

Paid briefs
Certified creators can apply
Certification is the pathway to applying for paid brand briefs. It is not an offer of work.
Why now
The creator game changed
Brands are not short of content. They are short of creative that does a job once it has your attention — and that is the work they pay for.
Stop the feed
Earn the first second against everything else competing for it.
Create desire
Make someone want the outcome the product creates, not just notice the product exists.
Handle the objection
Answer the reason not to buy before it becomes the reason to scroll on.
Give Meta buyer signal
Creative that pulls real buyers teaches the ad account who to go and find next.
Where the bottleneck moved
Meta builds more of the funnel now
Automation decides targeting, placement, budget and delivery. Media buying used to be the edge; the machine now does most of that job on its own.
What the system cannot make for itself is creative supply. It needs a steady stream to test, and that is the part a trained creator supplies:
- Hooks
- Faces
- Formats
- Angles
- Emotional entry points
That is why the shortage sits on the creative side. The brands spending the most are the ones that need the most creative to feed it.
What you learn
The skill is performance creative
Not a content course. One skill, taught end to end, from the idea through to what the ad account says about it afterwards.
Hooks
Write and shoot openings that earn the first three seconds instead of hoping for them.
Customer psychology
Work out who is actually buying, what they want and what is stopping them.
Native short-form video
Create in the language of the feed rather than a TV ad shrunk down to fit it.
AI research and scripting
Use AI to research the customer, mine reviews for angles and objections, then script fast.
AI video
Generate and assemble AI footage for the concepts where a shoot is the slower answer.
Real-world shooting
Get usable footage on real locations with a phone or a camera, on your own.
Editing
Cut for retention, pace and clarity, with captions and sound that carry the idea.
Creative data and feedback
Read what the ad account says about your work, take the note and make the next one better.
How the training runs
Three live labs every week
Research the idea. Build the video. Get behind the camera. Each live session gives you a different way to turn a brief into work you can submit.
AI Operator Lab
Research, angles and scripts, built with AI in the room.
You leave withA scripted ad concept built from real customer research.
AI Video Lab
Produce ads through generation, assembly and iteration.
You leave withAn AI-produced video ad, cut and captioned.
IRL Shooting Lab
Real-world capture: framing, sound, direction and self-shooting.
You leave withReal footage shot on location and cut into a usable ad.
The pathway
Train. Submit. Get scored. Earn access.
Certification is not a certificate for finishing the videos. It is what Creator Army calls it when your submitted work has been scored often enough to know what you can do.
Join the Bootcamp
You get the full curriculum and the three live labs every week from the day you join.
Learn the whole skill
Hooks, customer psychology, AI research and production, shooting, editing and reading creative data.
Make real ads
You build ads to a brief in the labs, for real products, not exercises that go nowhere.
Submit your work
Every ad you finish goes to Creator Army for review. Submission is the part that moves you.
Get scored
Your work comes back scored against the scorecard, with the note on what to change next time.
Take the note and resubmit
Rework it, submit again and raise the score. How you handle feedback is itself measured.
Earn certification and apply for paid brand briefs
Certification is Creator Army knowing what your work is worth. Certified creators can apply for paid brand briefs.
How you are evaluated
Your scorecard becomes your value
Every submission is scored on the same ten things, so you can see what would raise your score before you make the next one.
Hook strength
Does the first second earn the second one, against everything else in the feed.
Customer understanding
Do you know who is buying, what they want and what is stopping them.
Emotional pull
Does the ad make someone want the outcome, not just notice the product.
Product clarity
Is it obvious what the thing is and what it does for the person watching.
Proof and objection handling
Do you answer the reason not to buy before it becomes the reason to scroll on.
CTA
Does the ad ask clearly for the next step instead of trailing off.
Production judgement
Framing, sound, pacing and captions chosen for the platform the ad runs on.
Speed
How quickly you turn a brief into finished work a brand could actually run.
Coachability
What happens to the work after the feedback lands. The second version is the tell.
Performance signal
What the ad account says about your creative once it is in front of buyers.
What certification can open
Certified creators can be considered for paid work
A strong scorecard is what Creator Army looks at when brand work comes in. Certified creators may be considered for each of these.

Fixed jobs
A defined piece of work at an agreed price, offered to creators whose scorecard fits the brief.
Open brand briefs
Live briefs from brands that certified creators can apply to, awarded on fit and the strength of the work.
Paid trials
A short paid piece of work so a brand can see what you do with their product before a larger job.
Performance upside
Only on the campaigns where tracking makes the contribution of a piece of creative measurable.
Being considered is not being selected. Brands award work on fit, quality and the strength of the submission. Certification is the pathway to applying for paid brand briefs. It is not an offer of work.
Is this you
Who the Bootcamp is for
It asks for work from you every week. That suits some creators and wastes the money of others, so read both lists before you decide.
For
- You will submit work every week and put your name on it.
- You take feedback and use it on the very next piece.
- You want a skill brands pay for rather than a bigger following.
- You can shoot and cut with a phone and free tools, and want to get sharper.
Not for
- You want a course to watch passively and never submit anything.
- You are here for follower growth alone.
- You want work handed to you without being scored on it.
- You cannot give the labs and your submissions time each week.
Two ways in
Join, or try out for a scholarship
One price for a year of access, or a tryout where the work you submit decides it.

Apply for scholarship tryoutCommon questions
Before you decide
The nine things creators ask before joining, answered plainly.
Do I need equipment to start?
No. A phone, free editing tools and the labs are enough to make work that scores. The IRL Shooting Lab teaches you how to get usable footage with what you already own.
Do I need a following?
No. Nothing on the scorecard measures audience size. Brands are paying for creative that works in an ad account, which is a different thing from reach on your own profile.
What if my strength is editing rather than being on camera?
Performance creative has several jobs in it — research, scripting, shooting, AI production, editing. You are scored on the work you submit, so creators who script, creators who cut and creators who front the camera can all certify.
Do I have to attend all three labs every week?
No. The AI Operator, AI Video and IRL Shooting labs are three separate live sessions. Come to the ones the work in front of you needs; the more you attend, the more you have to submit.
How long does certification take?
It depends on how much work you submit and how fast you act on the feedback, not on weeks elapsed. Certification follows scored submissions, so creators who submit more get there sooner.
How is my work scored?
Against the ten criteria on this page — hook strength, customer understanding, emotional pull, product clarity, proof and objection handling, CTA, production judgement, speed, coachability and performance signal. You get the score and the note on what to change.
What happens after I am certified?
Your scorecard becomes the record Creator Army uses when briefs come in, and you can apply for open brand briefs, fixed jobs and paid trials. Certification is the pathway to applying for paid brand briefs. It is not an offer of work.
What does the scholarship tryout involve?
You apply, you are set a piece of work, and it is scored the same way a member submission is. Places are limited and awarded on the strength of what you submit.
What does the $499 cover and how long do I keep it?
One payment for a year of access: the curriculum, all three weekly labs, scored submissions with feedback, the certification pathway and the community.
