Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your Creator Army data, including data associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account.

Request deletion

Email support@creatorarmy.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address you use for Creator Army and your brand name. If your request concerns Meta data, include the relevant ad account or Page ID if you know it. Tell us whether you want to delete your account or only the connected Meta data. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may ask you to verify that you own the account or are authorised to act for the brand. Contact the same address to check your request’s status. We will confirm the outcome and explain any information that must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes under our Privacy Policy.

Stop Meta access

You can remove Creator Army in Meta’s Business Integrations settings to revoke its access. If you connected through Creator Army’s self-serve Meta settings, you can also choose Disconnect Meta there.

Disconnecting stops access through that connection. It does not delete previously imported data or pause or delete ads already in Meta. Use the deletion request above for stored Creator Army data, and Meta Ads Manager to manage your existing ads.
